About this course


Healthy employees form the basis of our joint success. In the case of absences due to illness or accidents, it is important to actively support our employees when they return in order to maintain their capacity to work. A central aspect is to recognize the connections between an accumulation of absences and workload as well as other influencing factors at an early stage and to initiate appropriate measures.

Note: This seminar is aimed exlusively at the managers of the TX Group. External registrations will not be considered.

Learning Goals

The participants …

  • receive a valuable management tool and recognize the return to work interviews as an important management task.
  • are trained in early recognition and receive guidance to prevent future absences.
  • receive valuable practical advice for a good return to work interview.
  • know the specific processes of absence management and know when and where they can receive support.

  • Further costs (travel expenses, etc.) can be charged to your cost centre in accordance with the valid expense regulations.

Deregistration/no participation

  • Please note that your registration is binding, even if the course is conducted virtually.
  • If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar or if you do not participate by half a day, your cost centre will automatically be charged CHF 250.– for the half-day seminar without further inquiry.
  • No charge will be made if a medical certificate is available. This must be sent to People and Organizational Development within 2 weeks without being asked.
