About this course

Description

As an employer, TX Group does not tolerate sexual harassment in any form. This includes actions with a sexual connotation, including single or double-meaning requests, remarks about physical preferences, sexist slogans and jokes. Sexual harassment is perceived differently, but must always be taken seriously. We can all make a contribution to prevent this kind of action. Quick, correct and sensitised action is essential in such a situation. The workshop “Sensitisation for sexualised assaults in the professional context”, which is mandatory for all managers, shows, among other things, facets of sexual acts and how we can best protect and support our employees.

Note: This seminar is aimed exlusively at the managers of the TX Group. External registrations will not be considered.
