Modern leadership (English)

Modern leadership (English)

About this course

Modern management is key to corporate success. Those who lead should set something in motion. But how do I move people, teams and issues in today’s challenging world (VUCA)?

Note: This seminar is aimed exlusively at the employees of the TX Group. External registrations will not be considered.

Topics and content

In this module we deal with essential figures of thought that give us direction in our leadership in a strongly changed environment. Through discussion and exercises we want to create a common understanding in dealing with the new challenges (e.g. VUCA, digitalization). At the same time we want to discover an integrative approach to traditional and adaptive forms of leadership and cooperation (hybrid design space). We will reflect on modern forms of leadership work and together, we will conduct some initial experiments, which you can then take with you into your daily leadership tasks and try them out.
