About this course


In change processes, executives are those people on whom employees primarily orientate themselves. This seminar is aimed at executives who want to support their employees through change effectively. Participants will be helped to define and accept their own role in the change process and receive practical tips and tools.

Note: This seminar is aimed exlusively at the employees of the TX Group. External registrations will not be considered.

Learning goals


  • Gain a better understanding of how change management impacts company results.
  • Understand fundamental aspects of change management and leaders’ critical role in the change process.
  • Know how to use the Prosci ADKAR® model to facilitate individual changes and deal with resistance.
  • Evaluate ongoing change that affects their team as well as practice and create concrete action plans.

Deregistration/no participation

  • Please note that your registration is binding, even if the course is conducted virtually.
  • If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar or if you do not participate for more than half a day, your cost centre will automatically be charged CHF 500 per seminar day (CHF 250 per half day) without further inquiry.
  • No charge will be made if a medical certificate is available. This must be sent to People and Organizational Development within 2 weeks without being asked.
