Morning 9.00 - 12.00

Why, When, and How to Ideate

An introduction about the motivations and the value of ideation, discovering the right moments to ideate within different phases of business and product development. You will discover the best frameworks and methods and how you can prepare yourself and your team to generate user-centered solutions.

Ideate for Business and Services

You will have answers to typical strategic questions like: „How to generate solutions for your business that are fitting the market and users’ needs? How to innovate an existing business model to serve new clients? Or improve the old one to satisfy new needs?“. You’ll try by yourself some of the tools and play around with business and service models.

Lunch break 12.00 - 13.30

Afternoon 13.30 - 16.00

Ideate for User-Centered and Innovative Products and UX

We will discover some of the most effective, interactive and highly engaging ideation methods to use alone or in teams. It will be all about trying out tools, diverging generating a lot of ideas and then converging towards the best solutions and make them actionable.

From Ideas to Actions

What do you do with a bunch of ideas and how do you put them into a roadmap? Ideas are nothing if you don’t share and visualize them, and the solutions will not be valuable for your business if they are undesirable to users, infeasible, or financially unsustainable. We will end our course with an overview of some frameworks and methods to make decisions and prioritise ideas.
