Description

During the Corona pandemic and in the “new normal” of hybrid work and collaboration, there seem to be people who can cope with worry, stress, and anxiety significantly better than others. What makes people sustainably resilient and capable of coping? Why do some people collapse in crises and change, while others emerge stronger? Are some simply lucky and were they born this way? Probably not. The concept of resilience – the ability of people to cope with stressful situations and use them as stimulus for development – provides valuable impulses in this regard, because: You can develop resilience.

Topics and content

The training teaches important methods for developing your own inner stability and strengthening the resilience of your employees. It has a direct impact on your own performance and that of your team.

  • Your own resilience
    • How resilient am I?
    • Individual analysis of your own resilience
    • 10 ways to strengthen your own resilience
  • Fostering resilience in the team
    • Importance of team resilience
    • Transferring resilience approaches from the individual to the team
    • Impulses for strengthening resilience in the team

Methods

The training combines theory impulses, peer exchange as well as individual work and reflections. In order to further develop individual resilience, it requires the willingness to reflect on your own fields of action for strengtening your resilience.

Target group

For everyone (employees and managers) who wants to address the topic of resilience and further develop their own resilience.

Costs

  • Costs for this seminar are covered by contributions from the companies.
  • Further costs (travel costs, etc.) may be charged to your account in accordance with the applicable expense regulations.

Deregistration/no participation

  • Please note that your registration is binding, even if the course is conducted virtually.
  • If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the beginning of the seminar or if you do not participate for more than half a day, your cost centre will automatically be charged CHF 500 per seminar day (CHF 250 per half day) without further inquiry.
  • No charge will be made if a medical certificate is available. This must be sent to People and Organizational Development within 2 weeks without being asked.
