Agile Project Management (English)

About this course

User Story: “The training should give me a practical understanding of how agile approaches can add value in projects”.

In recent years, agile process models have established themselves as an alternative approach in project management. In this training you will not only get an overview of the most important agile process models, but you will also be shown how to combine the new concepts and methods with those of “traditional” project management.
