Agile Methods (English)

Agile Methods (English)

About this course

Many companies have gradually developed their process organizations in order to perfect existing products, services and business models. In times of rapidly changing markets, this is often no longer sufficient.

For the development of new products, services and business models the agile methods come into play: Design Thinking, Business Model Generation, Lean Startup, Kanban and Scrum. What they all have in common is that they all take place close to the customer and live from small iterations. Within these iterations, people are constantly testing, learning and readjusting.

In the Agile Methods Seminar, you will learn how the individual methods work, where they have their strengths and weaknesses and above all how they can be used together. It is our seminar entry into the world of agile innovation development and agile project management.

Note: This seminar is aimed exclusively at the employees of the TX Group. External registrations will not be considered.
